1. To Provide the Service: Processing your photos using AI (Google Gemini) to generate the requested output.

2. To Manage Payments: verifying subscriptions and credit balances via RevenueCat.

3. To Improve the App: Analyzing usage trends to fix bugs and add new scenes.

4. Marketing & Attribution: Using AppsFlyer to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads).

3. Data Processing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the App:

• Google Gemini (Google LLC):

  • Purpose: Image Processing.

  • Data: The photos you upload are temporarily transmitted to Google's servers to generate the edited image.

• RevenueCat:

  • Purpose: Subscription and purchase management.

  • Data: Transaction receipts and anonymous user IDs.

• AppsFlyer:

  • Purpose: Mobile attribution and marketing analytics.

  • Data: IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), IP address, and attribution data to track installs from ads.

4. Image Storage

• Local Storage: Your original and processed photos are saved locally on your device.

• Cloud Processing: Photos are sent to the cloud solely for the duration of the AI processing and are not permanently stored on our servers for public view.

5. Permissions

The App requires the following permissions to function:

• Camera: To allow you to take photos of food directly within the app.

• Photo Library: To allow you to upload existing photos for editing and save the results.

• Tracking (ATT): We will ask for your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. This allows AppsFlyer to attribute app installs to specific advertising campaigns.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: We retain account data as long as your account is active.

• Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account directly within the App settings. Upon deletion, your account data on our servers will be removed. Note that this does not delete photos stored locally on your device.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
